The primary aim of this study is to gain valuable insights into the practice of teaching speaking skills within the framework of communicative language teaching approach in EFL Classroom: A Case study of three West Shoa secondary schools in Ethiopia, thereby suggesting alternative solutions to the problems. The qualitative data analysis method was used to analyze qualitative data gathered through semi-structured interviews, open-ended qu
