Abstract
Flipped Learning changes the role of teachers completely. Instead of being the wise person in class they play the role of a coach. Some teachers might initially adopt this methodology. But most teachers, keeping student interests primary, experience that flipped learning result in students doing better and that they are learning the content faster with understanding. Flipped Learning design is based on student learning and pre-class preparation of the course material. As more high school, colleges, and universities have adopted this inverted classroom structure, it s quickly become popular with students, teachers, and administrators, in a flipped learning students experience enhance learning of course content through videos, audio, PPTs, quizzes, small group activities, class discussion, and student presentation in addition to lecturing, instructors spend more time assisting students with the learning process, opening up their classrooms to new possibilities and ideas. Administrator observe increased satisfaction among and teachers in the flipped classroom setting, overall, education is found to a powerful tool for social changes and transformation, Flipped classroom teaching practices are the best ways to enhance the quality of education. The research scholar after analyzing the data has logically placed the interpretations and drawn proper conclusions which have been placed in the Chapter 4 of the thesis. The data has been depicted in graphical as well as numerical form. Some critical data has also been displayed in tabular form for easy reading and ready reference. The research scholar has used modern statistical tools for the analysis, validation and interpretations of data by using SPSS software which is considered as a better tool in research activities. As matter of recommendations and suggestions, these have been incorporated in the Chapter 5 of the Thesis for future readers benefit. As a member of the statutory body as well an academician it became my moral responsibility in highlighting these critical issues and carrying out my research works so as to come out with the logical conclusion as well as bringing out the facts so that corrective and effective measures are in place at the right time. These measures can definitely improve the education in academic area as well as providing better opportunities to the students who pass out from institutions.
