Despite the increasing importance gained by the WWW for its universality, to serve the newlinehuman with vast Data and information, it lacks the feature to serve meaningful newlineinformation to machine this means that limited support for utilization of data and newlineinformation is achieved. Thus the web needs to be made Semantic wherein different newlineapplications and the web sites can exchange information to their full potential. Thereby newlinedemanding to use ontology and make representations of the web contents which can be newlinemachine readable and usable .This Thesis proposes to relate the Web Ontology Language newlineOWL and identify its position in making the Semantic Web. It is also felt that ontological newlinesupport is needed for the semantic web in order to make the information ready for newlinemachine consumption. The ontological structure using the Web Ontology Language newline(OWL) which is used for modeling ontologies of context and for supporting Context newlinereasoning is explored in this Thesis. The Web Ontology Language is designed for use by newlineapplications that need to process the content of information instead of just presenting newlineinformation to humans. OWL facilitates greater machine interpretability of Web content. newlineOWL is a language for expressing ontologies [81]. It enables declarative syntax to newlinedescribe Ontology assisting the semantic nature of the Web and rendering semantic newlinefeatured interpretation by OWL applications making it machine interpretable and newlineresponse-able. newlineOntologies are regarded as one of the primary technologies for the semantic web. It newlineenables annotation of the web documents to support machine interpretability. The newlinemeaning of the annotating terms should be common or fixed for all machines .Thus newlineontology is considered to be a formal representation of the concepts which means that the newlinemachine understanding should be un ambiguous with respect to the syntactic and newlinesemantic framework. newlineThe research shall therefore evolve and propose a UnivPeopleProgram ontology using the newlineProtégé OWL editor that will: newlinea) Serve as a skeletal frame work to be scaled/
