In the current scenario, economical and environmental benign methodologies newlinehave taken a central place in organic synthesis. Besides traditional methods, the newlinedevelopment of new approaches has become an essential tool to construct desired newlinemolecular structures via coupling of different organic species. Air and moisture newlinesensitive organometallic species pose strict reaction conditions, and often suffer from newlinethe problem of functional group compatibility and intrinsic contamination of the newlineproducts especially for pharmaceutical ingredients. Therefore, the greener, safer, and newlineeconomically viable alternatives under practical reaction conditions are exigent in newlinepresent-day organic chemistry. In this perspective, the development to construct newlinecoupling products via transition metal based C-H activation/C-H functionalization is a newlinehighly demanding area of research. newline
