Abstract

In recent year s disease diagnosis and image processing has been observed to be a newlinepotential field of research due to its importance in prediction of disease which leads to newlineearly diagnose, timely treatment and positive treatment outcome for efficient newlinehealthcare services. According to the researchers of literature review, there are several newlinemodels like Machine Learning (ML) can be used for it. Children are not just small newlineadults. As growing individuals they have special needs related to growth and newlinedevelopment. Hormone problems affecting growth or sexual development can have newlinesignificant effects on a child s physical and emotional wellbeing. Pediatric newlineEndocrinologists are often quite different from those commonly seen by newlineEndocrinologists who care for adults. Pediatric endocrinologists diagnose, treat and newlinemanage hormonal disorders which lead to growth problems, early or delayed puberty, newlineEnlarged thyroid gland (goiter), underactive or overactive thyroid gland, Pituitary newlinegland Hypo/Hyper function, Adrenal gland hypo/hyper function, Ambiguous newlinegenitals/intersex, Ovarian and testicular dysfunction, Diabetes, Low blood sugar newline(Hypoglycemia) and obesity etc. It has been observed from the existing literature newlinereview that Hospital Information System (HIS) being used in most of Health Care newlineServices provider with the objective of providing improved patient care and newlineadministrative services by processing the data electronically. Its aim is to manage newlinepaperless workflow of a patient which is easier to use than previously used volatile newlinemedical records. It has data including the demographics, problems, medication, newlineinvestigations and progress notes of a patient. The Data analysis will lead to better newlinedisease surveillance, research, observing referral linkages, introduction of focused newlineinterventions in the community and health care planning. It also acts as decision newlinesupport system for hospital authorities to develop comprehensive health care policies newlinefor better management. It ensures improvement in performance along with reduction newlinein costs. B
