Formulation characterization and bioactivity evaluation of encapsulated probiotic consortium originated bioactive peptides

Abstract

Recent scenario of non-communicable disease, and less efficiency of conventional mode of treatment is seen in all over the world. The study focuses on the concentration and bioavailability of bioactive peptides in probiotics, which play a crucial role in human health attributes. As per addressed problem, my aim is to characterization, formulation and bioactivity evaluation of encapsulated with food grade biopolymer of probiotic consortium derived bioactive peptides.
