Abstract
Most organizations, be they public or private understand the importance of communication with
newlinecustomers and/or stakeholders. Hence they lay importance in having the right resources on board who
newlinecan effectively communicate.
newlineCommunication is important in all functions with in the organization be it internal (with in the Org) or
newlineexternally (with external world, clients , customer etc)
newlineToday s youth (age group between 20-25 taken in this study ) needs to develop upon their soft skills to
newlineget employable. Hiring managers are looking for Technical skills as well as soft skills in an individual for
newlineopen positions.
newlineThis study has been divided in to 3 important parts of communication .

newlinec) Various training modules to enhance soft skills for better employability
newlineAn important part of soft skill is communication. An employee is required to communicate at all stages
newlineof his career. And this become an important quality to get and retain a job.
newlineThis study first looks at what is communication ? why is it importance ? How is information
newlinecommunicated to employees with in the organization . Which will further emphasis on its importance as
