Abstract
Graph Theory is commonly used as natural formalism for chemistry that has already seen in different ways. In the years to come, the application of graph theory in chemistry will become more prominent. Chemical graph theory has branched in a number of different ways to evolve into a number of different specialisms as the implementations have grown at such a fast rate.
newline Throughout in this thesis, the molecular graph is considered as undirected,
newline simple and connected graph. Also, Domination explores the potential in describing
newline and understanding the molecular graph of Organic Compounds based on distance
newline function. Iterated function system explores in Benzene structure. Ice crystalline
newline structure is analysed by Domination and Fractals.
