newlineTheessentialoilofMicromeriabiflora(Buch-HamexDDon)Benth(Lamiaceae)analyzedbyGCandGC/MSSixteencompoundscontributingto919%ofthetotaloilwereidentifiedTheoilwasdominatedbyoxygenatedsesquiterpenoidscaryophylleneoxide(425%),epi-and#945;-cadinol(57%),and#946;-eudesmol(93%),oplapanone(45%)andguaial(46%)and#945;-Terpeneol(11%)wastheonlyidentifiedoxygenatedmonoterpeneThemajormonoandsequiterpenehydrocarbonsidentifiedintheessentialoilwereþ-cymene(47%),and#947;-cadinene(26%),and#948;-cadinene(34%),andand#945;-cadinene(28%)besidesotherminorconstituentsTheessentialoilcompositionofThymuslineariscollectedfromtwodifferentlocations(Harinagar;Nainital(TLHEO)andandDhanatuallyNainital(TLEOD))TheGCandGC-MSanalysesoftheoilsofThymuslinearisfromboththecollectionwereinvestigatedTotalninemajorconstituentscontributingto936%wereidentifiedinTLHEOand893%inTLDEOsamplesGermacrene-D(651%)andand#947;-terpinene(194%)wereidentif
