Abstract
In our thesis, Indium oxide is a transparent conducting oxide having a band
newlinegap near to GaN, nanoparticles of indium oxide were prepared by pulsed laser ablation
newlineof a pure indium metal target. nanocrystalline Indium oxide nanoparticles have mean
newlinediameter of 6.5nm and have cubic crystal structure which was confirmed by X-ray
newlinediffraction and transmission electron microscopy. A strong emission peak at 3.77eV is
newlineobserved by Photoluminescence spectroscopy.
newlineIn our proposed work, indium oxide nanoparticles (InO-NPs) have been identified as a
newlinekey of interest because of their unique shape and size-dependent properties. Researchers
newlinehave discovered and invented a variety of methods for the synthesis of InO-NPs under
newlinestructural and optical approach. In this theis, Indium oxide (In2O3) thin films were
newlinedeposited on glass substrate by varying temperature in the range of 4000C to 6000C.
newlineThe optical properties of indium oxide thin films were studied and then nanocrystalline
newlinesizes at different temperature were reported. All films were characterized at room
newlinetemperature using X-ray diffraction. The optimal
