Abstract
Quality in libraries services are growing importance in todayand#8223;s fast changing world. The need and expectation of the customers are increasing day-by-day, and there is greater expectations in quality of services. Undoubtedly, there is no doubt that quality is essential for all organizations to remain competitive and sustain. When it comes to libraries, one has to understand what are requirements of customers and their expectations, what they need, when they need and how they need, and their specific requirements. During the past decade, there is a shift in the focus of libraries, from processes and outcomes should result in user satisfaction an. A user should get satisfied when the library is able to meet the expectations or actual needs. Today libraries services are becoming more important and are accountable to provide quality services. Hence, there is a strong need for assessing the quality of libraries. Assessing the quality of a product is easy compared to that of service due to its inherent features and facilities. The library services are aimed to satisfy the information needs of the user community by understanding their actual needs and wants. Today, B-Schools have given rise to the importance of quality in libraries. Therefore, library quality has become very important for the B-Schools to improve their services and resources. Based on the extensive literature review made, it was decided that there is a need to fill-in the gap differences between perceived services and expected services that will improve the quality of services and resources in the B-School libraries.
